“The front desk staff was so nice ”

“For the price daily room service should not have to be asked for. The pool wasn’t open and neither was the restaurant. Again for the price these things should have been offered or at least we should have been told they were not available. The renovation of the rooms is very nice and you made great use of the space. I especially liked the walk in shower. ”

“Ryan was a gem. I mentioned in the chat that I was hoping to get my room earlier to get ready for my cousins wedding. He said he could try for 2 and he moved things around and surprised me when I arrived at 1 with a room that was ready for hours at that point. I was able to get ready in perfect time for the wedding. We even talked about how my chat made him laugh because i had asked to speak to a live person because I work in a hotel and recognize the auto replies. I was worried I sounded rude……
