“第一次到河內旅遊，四天有兩天住在這兒，第一天房間比較潮濕，第二天跟櫃台反應馬上幫我們升等房間，有問題都會馬上處理。 中間有到下龍灣兩天一夜，服務人員都會幫我們打理好行李。 另外要到峴港時搭早班飛機，早餐我們還幫我送到房間，櫃檯還怕我們被騙幫我們用APP叫車，怕我們錢不夠幫我們算錢、跑去跟司機再次確認。 最後還送我們感謝禮物，很棒的一間飯店，下次再來玩會再來的！ 對了，早餐超級好吃！”
