“The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.”

“The best part about my stay was Ivette (at the front desk)!! She helped me when I was frantic about messing up my reservation, made sure I comfortable while multitasking other patrons and then got me checked in! Overall nice stay walking distance to Barclay Center. Cute cafe. Didn’t enjoy the half door shower because water gets on the floor or that you have to go to the lobby then walk up a flight of steps for the ice machine. The staff was accommodating, especially Ivette. 😊”
