“Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.”

“Check in was a breeze, staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious, bathroom was cramped but clean, bar was lively, food looked great but I didn't have time to sample it, can't ask more for a budget hotel to be fair. Location is very handy for the city centre too. I would stay here again.”

“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there……

“The staff are very hospitable and professional. We had an easy check in and the rooms were lovely. Dinner and breakfast were top notch! We were able to get a good recommendation for Hadrians Haulers as well. Thank you it was a delightful experience.”

“Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean and nicely decorated room. Room was on second floor and carrying bags up was a little challenging. Parking was quite limited (4 spaces) but luckily one was available. All in all good value.”
