“Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.”
“The Brewhouse is a unique hotel that is in the perfect spot for the Royal Mile. The rooms are all different and fun. It has a great welcoming feel when you arrive. The atmosphere is come in and have a beer and stay a while. The food is great and the beer is better.

It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect.
