“The hotel is beautiful and the location is great if you have a car, otherwise is like a mile walk to public transport, you will be up charged for everything, valet parking ( only option) resort fee, even the bottle water in the room is not complimentary, couple restaurants at the property, the breakfast is very good but lunch and dinner not great, the restaurant employees are great special mention to Fernando ( great guy)”

“Muy bonito el hotel y muy amplia y confortable la habitación. Muy bien la limpieza. Sin embargo en la regadera no sale agua fría. Solo tibia y caliente. El desayuno en el restaurante Cocina Mexicana muy caro, mala calidad, variedad y servicio. Una lástima siendo un hotel tan bueno. Por último, comentar que la prohibición de NO FUMAR en ningún área del hotel es excesiva. Ni siquiera se permite fumar en la Playa ni las áreas abiertas. MUY incómodo para los fumadores. Ojalá tomen en cuenta estos……

“Love this property. Have been going since 2009. Such a beautiful resort and best beach in Cabo. Amazing staff, food, restaurants and views. We did rent a beach cabana and service on the beach was VERY disappointing. Shockingly so. No one came to take our food and drink orders all day and would have to walk over to the beach bar just to get someone's attention. At the end of the afternoon we were walking up the beach from the water back to the cabana and were met halfway up by the server waving……

“The property is very well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping was excellent, fresh towels, clean linen, and swept floors. Restaurants are clean and the food is very good. The steak was tender and cooked well. The Italian was tasty with a nice atmosphere. The Mexican food was the best and we should have gone to that more than the other restaurants. The bad was that Expedia does not give you the option for the all-inclusive package so it’s deceiving that you’re buying an……
