“Loved staying at this great guest house. Very convenient for Edinburgh city centre as bus stop for the city centre is right outside the door. Craig is a great host with lots of helpful information. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”

He went over and above to make sure all our needs were met. We had to leave at 4am to catch our flight, and he made sure we had breakfast ready for us before we left. “Great hotel just a short distance to Old Town. Plenty of taxis and Ubers available when we needed to go further. It was great to have a full breakfast buffet and a bar for a night cap in the hotel.”
