“Staff was wonderful especially the front desk. Had a reservation at a restaurant about 20 minutes away and the front staff offered the courtesy car. Very friendly staff and very helpful.”

“We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience.”

“We had a corner room in the courtyard. We loved it. Was so quiet. Cathy was so great to help us out. Giving directions and answering questions. My friend left her wallet and Cathy was so kind to go look for it when we called. She found it just outside our room and kept it until we could get back to pick it up. Highly recommend ”
