“This property is a renovated Lower East Side tenement building from the late 19th/early 20th century. It contains 20 or so units. The vibe is of a small hotel, though the front desk is virtual, so you really feel as if you're staying at your own pied-a-terre in the city. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of plush towels. We enjoyed having the microwave and mini-fridge so we didn't have to go out for breakfast. The floors are laminate (faux wood) so……

“The price and location are good, the staffs are nice and helpful. For NYC they are large and come with full kitchens. It's a good place to stay.”

The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!”
