“Wonderful property to spend a few days exploring the area. Spent two nights here while visiting the national park nearby. A wonderful experience in all aspects. Accommodations were comfortable, onsite dining options for breakfast and lunch, and friendly staff. Loved spending time sitting on the front porch of the Inn after dinner each night. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back in the future. ”

“Beautiful property, big yard, really nice space. Quick drive to the Thornton Gap park entrance. This was a great place to rest and relax after exploring the park all day. Nice kitchen, with everything you need. We had no cell reception and there is no WiFi (fine with us), so we relied on board games & cable TV for entertainment, which was plenty. ”

“This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. The house has everything you need and was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this property and we can't wait to come back!!”

“The property is absolutely beautiful. The road to the property can be a bit difficult to maneuver, since it is so secluded. That's exactly what I wanted though. I booked this cabin explicitly for the hot tub on the deck - for my husband. He has back issues & after our 7 hour drive, he needed it. I checked with the owner a few days before to make sure the hot tub would be operational and he said yes it would. Then, a day or so later he told me that the "backup" hot tub was in place. He didn't……

“We spent just 3 short days in this cabin. The location is beautiful and so lush in the spring. The opportunity for some casual fishing in the pond was fantastic. We appreciated the air conditioner, full kitchen, and collection of DVDs.Nothing super fancy but a lovely spot for a weekend escape to the mountains. ”

“We loved staying here as the perfect base for our Old Rag hike as well as White Oak Canyon (which is SO close!). Surrounded by woods, we heard so many birds and saw lots of stars in the evening. It was just what we needed.”
