“The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was……

“如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！”

“staff are great and helpful the only issue i had was other family guests of a minority background letting there kids run around and bang about until quite late, but to be very fair to the staff due to an issue with my room lock (which they sorted) they did offer to move me to a different room. all i actually did was turn up the TV a little loudwer than i normally would”
