“The cleanliness of this facility was amazing! The housekeeping actually does a great job. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Food options were good. Drink options were great. Hotel had different activities everyday. The pools were great as well. The only small downside was that even though there is direct access to the beach from the hotel the beach area outside the hotel was not safe to swim. “The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”
