“Bryan did a great job as my concierge. Was only at the hotel for two nights. Staff is extremely friendly and the location is safe. My only negative is I wish my room was facing the ocean, I would prefer blinds instead of the curtains they had. They are either all open or all closed no middle option. “The property was a great stay. The rooms are a bit narrow, beds all the way to the wall on one side. The menu they offered and the food was absolutely fantastic. We loved our stay here. “I loved the property. The room I stayed in was nice and I had a small balcony area which was nice. The buffet food was okay. It wasn’t bad just nothing too crazy. However the food options for dinner at the other restaurants were really good. “The male staff and female owner/manager were kind and helpful. The younger women that worked there were not, they just stared at me. The view of the beach and location was the reason I booked and that was great! The food was overpriced and not that tasty. 2 drinks, appetizer and coconut shrimp was $106 USD! There should be a curfew for kids in the pool, there were plenty noisy kids in the pool very late at night. ”
