“We loved our stay! Kent’s place was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with all the little amenities that many other VRBOs often miss. We stayed for one night after a concert and were thrilled to find it just steps away from The Bomb Factory and plenty of great restaurants. Kent provided clear directions, safe parking, and excellent communication throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place!”

“Had to dodge multiple homeless people and a prostitute to get in the door. Once we got in, a homeless person had somehow bypassed the keypad lock and taken a dump in the hall. Inside the apartment was nice but it was worrisome to see the door had obviously been pried open before because there was lots of wood and paint missing around the latch. Not sure what the owners can do about most of it, but inside, I would just suggest a better stocked kitchen. There were no hot pan holders, no baking……

“Everything was good, except there was no Wi-Fi. After reaching out to the owner, I was provided a modem and told instructions would be sent to me later. When I followed up the following day, I was told it was coming and received an apology. However, I never received any instructions and didn’t have wi-if during my stay. I was working remotely those days and had to use my cell phone hotspot.”

“It was absolutely amazing its in a great location and is close to downtown restaurants and bars and shops not to far from the malls and family activities. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon”

“We were in town for cheer nationals & this unit was perfectly located to everything: convention center, restaurants, bars & a pharmacy. Valet parking made it easy to get our car as frequently as we needed it. (Make sure to have smaller bills for tipping, although you can through the app, it does charge a service fee) We only had 5 people, but if you have more double check the number of people the unit sleeps. Our listing said it slept 8, but it didn’t have the Murphy bed or futon as mentioned -……
