“A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”

“We had a great stay here, enjoyed breakfast and evening meal, catered for a gluten free diet. Hotel room was spacious, very clean and a comfortable bed. Hotel staff friendly and proffesional. Would definetly reccomend. ”

“We had a lovely stay. Relaxed and fun. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Only dropped a star as we had a main course and shared a pudding which took over 2hrs all in all. We laughed about it, I can only assume there was a drama in the kitchen and that's 2hy we waited so long. Still, doesn’t put us off, we'd stay again ”

“飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！”

“Overall, a charming property with real character. The room was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and the bed was especially comfortable—perfect for unwinding. The bathroom was clean and modern, with good-quality fixtures, though some of the furniture and smaller fittings (like the towel rail and toilet roll holder) could use a bit of tightening or TLC. One thing to note: our room was located above a communal area that wasn’t soundproofed, so it was a bit noisy until around 11 p.m.—not……

“Upon arrival I was met with a friendly greeting by a member of staff who showed me to my room and provided a full explanation of the facilities. I then went to the bar where I was offered a table in the restaurant. I ordered my dinner, which was delicious. The three bar staff, two woman and a man, were friendly, polite and attentive. I had a good night’s sleep before having a very good breakfast, which was served by a jolly, happy lady. All who were working at The Crown during my stay were……
