“The room window was broken, have a hole. And I live in 1 st floor, which I can’t sleep when something the car past the road. It made me very tired.”

“The house keeping did not even sanitize the toilet. They did not flush the toilet! The bedding was dirty too. Someone’s hair was on the bedding.”

“The beds are on metal frames. Sp everytime you roll or move the metal will make a loud noise ”

“There has been some playing extremely loud music outside that I can hear over the AC and the TV. It is now 10:30pm and it's so loud. The remote has stuff caked onto it even though its in a bag that says "fresh remote". Hair in the bed. Overall not happy so far. At least its only 1 night...”

“The staff were exceptional. Ms. Brenda made sure breakfast wás great every morning kudos. Upon arrival Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Sam made my stay both inviting and welcoming.. Definitely my Chicago home away from home.”
