“The owners are fantastic. They prepare a great breakfast every morning with self made snacks, bread and sweet pastries. They gave us perfect spots for dining, special spots nearby and even a detailed plan for our day trip to Verona. The house is recently renovated and the furniture is very nice. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
