“Stunning property where we felt right at home upon arrival. The Pebble Cottage was very clean, well laid out, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Conveniently located to Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. ”

We took a lovely walk to Carmel River State Park, then onto Carmel and Carmel Beach. The sunsets from both decks were fantastic. “We had family visiting and a special birthday to celebrate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home had a wonderful historical background, the beach that lay beyond the yard was enchanting and the house itself was amazingly well supplied.That we could bring our dog was just the icing on the cake. “My experience at the Sea Otter Cottage was pure bliss. We immediately felt comfortable- The cottage was clean and cozy. I'm an over packer who brings items "just in case", and they had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. Now to the outside.... WOW! The homeowners built this guest house on their property and did a fantastic job of creating a cozy getaway. From the clean design to efficient use of space, we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent there. They were uber-responsive to our requests and needs and we enjoyed the privacy.We would highly recommend this as a great landing spot for 1-2 people looking for a place to call home on your……

Usually, when we have rented a vacation rental, there is not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags, but this house is well stocked. It was in a great lo ation. We had a wonderful time and hooe to be back.”

"1.The hair dryer was broken, it didn't work at all, I asked the staff to give us another hair dryer and he refused, 2.the sound insulation of the room was very poor, the guests in the next room could hear clearly, it seriously affected the rest 3. I paid more for the breakfast here, but the breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, many guests didn't eat, it ended too early. It is very unreasonable 4.The quality of the mattress is very poor, the spring feeling is very obvious, the whole bed feels like shaking when it moves slightly and all the experiences are very poor. Would not stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend to other guests to stay here."
