“This is a wonderful property in Pacific Grove, CA. It is great for a family or larger group. Home is very comfortable. Great back yard with grill, fire pit, picnic table and seating. It's two blocks from the ocean and a hiking path. Our younger grandson went tidepooling every day. Also within walking distance of the Pacific Grove Golf Links, a fun course that is very affordable. My older grandson and I enjoyed that. Great vacation accommodation. ”

“As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. “Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will……

“The River House is as advertised, well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, peaceful with a hot tube and the sound of a river which you can walk down too. It was much further away in terms of time than I expected. Although not too far in terms of distance, the road to the house is VERY twisty, and since we were in a rental car, took it slowly, easily taking an hour or more to and from Monterey. That was a big chunk of the day. ”
