“The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. “This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! “Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at The George which was the perfect location to explore the Peak District. Our room (Jane) was very comfortable, roomy and tastefully designed.
