“A five star hotel/B&B. Good location and amazingly quiet at night. Garden rooms were massive with separate lounge areas. Very well equipped and very clean and modern. The addition of a private patio with furniture is a special bonus. The staff were lovely. The restaurant was amazing with good choice and lovely presented food .. the full cooked breakfast can only be described as spectacular. Well recommended and hope to come back.”

“Excellent service as soon as I arrived at The Barrel Inn. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and extremely helpful. From check in, breakfast, bar staff and waiting on. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. “I stopped here very late for an overnight whilst on a long business trip and booked very last minute. The entrance is through a secure barrier and the parking was easy to navigate to. The greeting I received from the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the location was amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I travel a lot and can honestly say its the best in room tea and coffee I have had for a long time. I left before breakfast was served but will definitely……
