“We had a wonderful time at this rental. It is in a great location with easy access to the park and Bar Harbor. There is great attention to detail and the perfect balance between charm and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The upstairs lofted living space is a wonderful space to eat and relax. Overall we had plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. Murray the dog is so cute and friendly. We all enjoyed saying hi to him when……

“This was the best vacation I have had in Acadia over twenty years. The McAllister home has everything and more. From checkin, the private dock, home fully equipped it was amazing. My grandsons had a blast on the water and the home was a respite for us as healthcare professionals. Beautiful and convenient location. ”

“My 84 year old father and I had a delightful stay in this beautifully modern and extremely clean apartment. Great proximity to other family staying in Somesville, at Mt Desert Campground - and in Manset. The ride into Bar Harbor etc is not far at all. Kira was so accomodating but at the same time respected our privacy. The grounds are gorgeous and the approach to the house is wonderfully 'Maine'.Definitely looking to rebook for next year! ”

“ Beautiful home, very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us to get ready. Kitchen well stocked for cooking for large group. Indoor and outdoor table large enough for entire group. Excellent communication from host, very quick and responsive. Check in and check out easy. Very few check out request. The one thing that was not wonderful is that only 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. Probably not a huge deal for most of the year but a few nights were miserable for the folks staying in……
