“Very nice remodeled room with a comfortable bed. The location is great for accessing the Shasta-Trinity area. Only slight annoyance is that a tree was creaking in the wind as it rubbed against the roof edge on room 5.”

“I liked how everything was old style but well kept clean and pretty. What I didn't like is that I happened to come when shops were closed but that has nothing to do with the hotel. ”

“The wooden floor is beautiful, but it felt a little greasy. I'm not sure if it's from the cleaning or care product used on the wood, but as someone who likes to walk barefoot, I could really feel it. On the last day, I also found a couple of insects in the main room, though fortunately they weren't anything dangerous.The view of the lake is amazing and very relaxing. “This place was amazing. It had all amenities. Extra cots and blow up mattresses, plenty of towels and bedding, speakers for music, kayaks and paddle boards. Views from every room and a nice welcoming package. I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for large groups.”
