“The property was very nice. The rooms were also nice, however could have used a better "Dusting". There were a lot of details on the furniture, and without good dusting, you can see all the dust accumulated in the grooves. And you could see dust under the bed. Nothing big. We still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view if you were on the front side of the building (which we were :-) if the Mississippi River. ”

“This was a lovely place to stay and relax for a weekend get away. The walk by the river is really relaxing and there is plenty to do. ”

“If you are wanting easy access to Memphis activities, this place is great. 10 minutes to most downtown things and 25 to Graceland. The neighborhood was very safe, and we loved having a garage. Probably not great for families with little kids as the steps are steep and the balcony is open to the floor below if people get up or go to sleep at different times. There are also no dressers upstairs so no where to put clothes. ”

“The most important thing is that this rental was spotless. One of the cleanest VRBO places we have ever stayed. Mud Island is definitely the best place to stay if you’re in Memphis. Easy to get everywhere but much safer than lots of parts of the city. There are several places to get quick good food on the island as well. House was perfect. Very comfortable beds great communication. ”
