“Nice place and comfort hotel but little bit small and difficult to find entrance and signboard.”

“I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!”

“The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast……

“Lovely vibe, relaxing and functional. Excellent staff, I was helped with my bags. The room was a little cold int he evening and I couldn’t find the phone number for reception to ask how to turn on the radiators. Rugs on the floor would be lovely to step out of bed onto. Food all delicious.”

“Lovely pub with rooms in a separate block. We ate in the pub with friends and enjoyed a Faboulous meal. The room we had was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely couple who run it is a picturesque village. ”

And only a very do-able 10 minute walk from the Romsey train station - the owner even came and helped with our luggage when we neglected to pre-book transportation from the train to the bnb. And he even arranged a ride to the cruise port the next day!! We will definitely stay there again!”

“The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.”
