“The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautiful. The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant. They provided a small portion of cooked breakfast for the little guy too which was a nice touch! The only downside was the lack of lift, and we had a lot of luggage to……

“Walked in to the cleanest pub I have ever visited! It is modern, open plan and fresh! There is no food apart from an excellent cooked breakfast but they allow takeaway food in the pub and provide plates/cutlery. Very friendly and helpful! Rooms are small but very cosy and a comfortable bed! Although situated on a busy high road I never heard the traffic from my room!”

“Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! We will most definitely be back. This will be our number one go to in the area. ”

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”
