“Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests. “Emma and her partner were amazing hosts. We pulled up to the door for the main pub entrance and were met by Emma. Even though we were two hours early, they kindly checked us in. They were so warm and friendly throughout our stay. Free continental breakfast or full breakfast options. Emma put us in contact with 2 drivers, one of whom drove us to the airport. She provided support for finding plug adapters, things to do in town, and so much more. ”

“The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The dining room was bright with surrounding windows. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Pantiles with quaint cafes and shops. We had a smaller room that looked over a smoke stack so would definitely upgrade next time. ”
