“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“The location was great! Extremely close to Manchester Piccadilly Station. Lots of restaurants, walking distance to shops. The local transportation is easily accessible and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly especially Maurice & Brandon in the dining room. ”

“As a budget hotel, it was excellent. Everything was provided in the room what was needed for an overnight stay. Beds were so comfy and room was set out really nice. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Dining room/ reception area was ideal and breakfast was excellent.”

“The building is absolutely lovely. The rooms a really big. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel location is really central. Although close to the railway line. So could be a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice and set in a lovely setting. The hotel offered free drinks on a happy hour which was a lovely surprise ”
