“The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants and stores nearby without needing to go through traffic. The family suite is great, as kids had their own bedroom with individual beds, and their own bathroom. Food in the hotel is good, many options available. The service is excellent, staff are very welcoming. Hotel has free parking with restricted access.”

The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms.
