“What a great resort! Nice decor, open design, friendly staff, great food, great complimentary amenities, & right by the beach! We opted for the all-inclusive option for our family of 4 & it was totally worth it! Our room was spacious with a kitchenette area that included a full size fridge. Their complimentary amenities include kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, bicycles, & FAMILY BOARD GAMES. We also loved the family center with pool tables, ping pong, & a small theater. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great.
