“Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.”

“Great get away. Breakfast was great. Dinner was underwhelming but fine. Lunch was pretty good. The wings at the snack bar are great! Staff tried to accommodate requests. Dinner reservations are chaotic. Please put a coffee machine in the lobby or a common 24/7 access area. Having to wait until 7 for coffee is a killer when the sun is up at 5. Coffee in the room is not a good option. Comments about walking a lot are over exaggerated. The hills and steps could be a challenge with mobility……

“Great spot for a family vacation in Tamarindo. Good location, close to town, about 15 minute walk, but secluded from night life and noise. Staff were super friendly. We love playing beach volleyball in the evenings with the entertainment crew. ”

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “We absolutely loved our stay! The lobby was very far from our room and required transportation to reach, and with such a short stay, we didn't get back there for our VIP benefit. In my opinion, they should have had it ready for us when we arrived so we wouldn't have to chase them for it.”
