“Staff was great. Room was as clean as they come. Pet area needs improvement but nice to be able to bring your pet and poop bags were provided. ”

“The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it”

“Great property. Met our needs perfectly. My wife was at Mayo Clinic for surgery and our family was able to stay here and commute back and forth daily. Also had a chance to go to beach one day which was a 10 minute drive. Host was very responsive to questions. Great experience. Highly Recommend.”

“When we arrived the space did not meet our satisfaction. The gate to get into the space is rusty. The kitchen had been renovated and looked nice, but everything else was cheap. The space was very low quality, dusty, dingy, and scuffed. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The backyard was definitely not an oasis. The neighborhood felt unsafe being on a busy loud 4 lane highway. ”

“We've been visiting Jax for the past 10 years to visit our son. This house is in the perfect location and has all the amenities needed for a convenient stay. The backyard is large and great for our furry family members. Definitely recommended. ”
