“Ran out of towels ”

“Close to everything we need.”

“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“Everything was great except the bathroom's light switch was the same as the switch for the air and it was super loud. So every time we turned on the light, we had to endure the loud noise.”
