“Thw home was very clean and an excellent place to stay. We were there for the MLB Classic baseball game and it was only 40 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway. Location is very close to hiking trail and streams for fishing. All I can say is excellent all the way around. Due to weather the game was delayed a day, the host was very accommodating in allowing us to extend an additional day. Check in was very easy and all information for our stay was detailed. Would definitely recommend this……

“This house is conveniently located near the Virginia Creeper Trail. While the proximity to the trail is a significant advantage for outdoor enthusiasts, our experience at the house was mixed. The house has a nice kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation enjoyable and convenient. The large, round dining table is perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends, providing ample space for everyone. However, there were several drawbacks to the property. The beds……

“This unit was not only clean, it appeared to be brand new. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but this is a full sized apartment with high quality appliances. Another plus, that cushy sofa in the living room are actually two recliners, which we appreciated after a long day on a bike. ”

“Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested……

“Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia.”
