“I and my adult son and our two dogs stayed at this listing for two nights in early December 2023. It's for a quick first visit to NYC for my son, and a short break from work for me. Everything in this listing was great, except for one thing. It's difficult to sleep, or to stay asleep, for both nights of our stay because of the noise from the unit directly above. The sound the feet of whoever in that unit made was so loud that it's impossible to ignore. It's not the fault of the hosts, of course,……

“Had a good time the property was nice the only thing I didn't like what so ever is there is absolutely no parking on the streets it would of been nice they said that instead of saying there's free parking on the street good luck finding a spot.”

“It is a good location to visit the American Dream Mall and not too long to get into Manhattan. Highly suggest it if you are looking for a base whilst exploring the nearby areas. Pos:-Very clean.-Easy 2nd floor walk up.-Owner/managers are very communicative and easily reached.-The beds were very comfortable.-Good eateries within walking distance.Cons:-Parking!
