“Honestly, I had read some not so good feedback and did have second thoughts about making the booking. I have no idea what they were talking about. Our experience was nothing but positive. From the staff to the food, I don't have anything negative to say. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was awesome and the service was quick. The atmosphere was relaxed. “这家酒店式公寓位置非常好，走路五分钟就达山脚下。我们的房间在五层，白天可以看到Bay和山，晚上可以看到陶朗加港口的灯光。由于其他原因我们到达时服务台已经下班，但标识明确，我们很方便就拿到钥匙，找到车位。房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全，床垫很舒适，还配备了电暖气和电褥子，丝毫没有感到夜晚的湿冷。酒店两个门分别可以到达两个海滩，安全方便。另外，酒店离各种酒吧、餐厅都不远。”

“房間大，清潔很好。但沒有空調是個大問題, 晚上不方便開啟窗戶通風，因在地上的房間窗戶開啟外面的人就很易進入，擔心保安問題。房間的窗戶不能有效通風。房間只有風扇，晚上會很熱。我發現由數年前開始已有很多評論反映沒有空調這個大問題，酒店都不大算改進，只推說紐西蘭空調不流行，實際上整個旅程只住了這一間酒店是沒有空調。而房間價格是十分昂貴”
