“Beautiful place and host easy to reach. Perfect location”

“Our most excellent host, Cris, was helpful from the moment we first reserved the property to the last. Great communication. Just like the pictures, even better in person. Instructions were easy to understand, everything we needed was provided, plenty of clean towels, bedding. Many outlets throughout including USBs to plug in electronics. The shower has strong flow, hot! cute, homey decor, small touches noticeable throughout. And the location was perfect! We used public transportation and the……

“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“This property is like staying in someone's home. There's a few imperfections here and there, but it's clean well stocked and fairly easy to get to. There are three different fast food restaurants directly across the street.My only issue is that it's a little noisy because it's on the main road and traffic is going by at all hours. But it was much better than a hotel where that there might have been noise in a hallway or from adjacent rooms, so we were all very pleased with the value of staying……
