“30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.”

“We almost exclusively stay at VRBO rentals over hotels. We have a checkbox for when we need to make those calls, and what qualifies as a place to stay. People rent houses, we make them feel like home. For that, a lot needs to happen. Our host was flawless in their communication. The house was properly maintained, clean and felt MUCH more like a home than a cold “space” we rented. There was not an abundance of communication, nor did we feel ignored.
