“Friendly staff, clean room and very welcoming environment. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast in the hotel. However, there are many good restaurants nearby. Will definitely come back again in the future. ”

“Staff sold my reservation to a different hotel. Virginia, manager, would not respond to desk staff requests to resolve. Hotel filthy, staff member gave each guest a paper map, circled areas and said? "Dont go here after 5". I would not do this again. Very dissatisfied. ”

“The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in.”

“We had a fantastic stay at suites at fisherman's wharf. It was just what we needed l, close proximity to so many things to do in San Francisco and a 2 minute walk to many sights and experiences at the wharf!”
