“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Large, clean room with some period furniture in the room reminiscent of when the beautiful building was built (1800s). Dining nearby. Close to bike trails.”

“Outside looks a bit rough, but rooms, at least my room, was very clean and cool. Cathedral cedar ceilings, has a great old Wisconsin look. New carpet and tile in bathrooms. Very comfortable. Staff very nice, English not great, had a bit of issues talking with them, but they were helpful. Would recommend and will stay again next year when I come back up here. ”

“We booked a king room and we're upgraded to two queens in a suite. It was a very nice room and the beds were comfortable. The service was great too, just wish they had breakfast. We'll certainly be back. ”
