“James was amazing! It was 2:30am when I got to the hotel. I was exhausted and alone. I called and told him I was on the way, I got lost on the way. He answered the phone every time and helped me find my way to the hotel. I just can't thank him enough for his kindness! Also your valet drivers are excellent! Every single one of them, but the was a young black eoman-and she was phenomenal! She met me with an umbrella, patiently waited for me to get out of the car. I just appreciated her kindness……

“Check in was a little confusing and I met a fellow traveler also trying to figure out where to check in (yes it's the coffee shop). Room was newly remodeled, nice amenities in the room and check out was a breeze. Pillow had blood on it when we arrived, the bed is super firm and the parking is limited. ”
