“Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation.”

“The hotel was beautiful and full of historic charm. The on-site Wild Fern restaurant had delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. My only "negative" was that both Apple Maps and Google maps struggled to map directions to the property--they both routed us through the hospital drive which is closed to through traffic. Not the hotel's fault, just a heads up to other travelers.”

“Location is good, just 5 mins walk from train station, but no restaurant nearby except Burger King, the food in hotel restaurant is so so”

“The apartment is neat and functional although sparsely furnished. The fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was appreciated. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. The location was less than desirable and we didn't feel save to walk anywhere from the flat. Reception at the apartment block was very poor. The apartment have beautiful views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head but unfortunately also into the neighboring block of flats one floor lower. ”

“ We stayed for one night due to a function in town, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were given the wrong access card, and once we finally got into the room, a series of small issues added to our frustration. Although the room was clean, it felt neglected. The carpets were old and faded, the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom was in need of a makeover. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no two-point plug or adapter, only one coffee cup for two……

“Pontos positivos: o quarto é grande, cama grande, bancada externa ao banheiro com 2 pias, silencioso. Muito próximo das paradas 3 e 4 do Citysightseeing. Tomadas sem necessidade de adaptador. Pontos negativos: a localização é ruim, sem opções para restaurantes perto e local com sensação de insegurança. A comunicação com o aparthotel desde o começo foi muito ruim, sem retorno das mensagens enviadas. Outras informações: Café da manhã servido no café ao lado do hotel, equipe muito atenciosa mas não……
