“It is good if you are planned to study in UOB as there are many shops near the flat. However, the flat was a bit noise”

“Property very near University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. Basically clean. On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. Basically this place is a crash pad for students. I wouldn’t stay again. ”

“You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for ”

“The facilities needed to be renew, toilet seat was not fit to the toilet bowl, bed was too soft for me. We can hear people talking downstairs or walking outside. That's fine to stay 1 night.”

“Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay.”

“During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so……
