“無線網路狀況不佳，幾乎無法連線，從Hotels.com 訂房無法找到訂房紀錄，又被收取了一晚房費，目前還在處理中。如果改善訂房連線紀錄跟無線網路問題，會考慮再去住”

“Derelict building across the street, an eye sore when looking out the window. You have to exit the building and go to the building next door to go to the pool. In the winter this would be a hard no for me. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff is attentive and pleasant.”

“We had a great experience at Arc the Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative and professional! The hotel was very nice, clean, and close/walkable to many restaurants, Parliament Hill and many other cool spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”
