“This was our first time in Egypt and we wanted to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel near the pyramids with a view of the pyramids to wake up to. We got all of that. But what we didn’t expect was the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of all of the staff, especially Seif and Seif. We have both traveled the world and stayed in over 40 countries, if we’ve never experienced this sort of hospitality! The staff is nice however I don’t recommend counting on eating at their restaurant. When we arrived I asked if we could pay for lunch, I ordered the food, only to be told 30 mins later that the chef hadn’t arrive. No lunch for us then! The staff could have simply told us when we first arrived that they wouldn’t be able to……

“Had such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucú (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless!
