“Staff are exceptionally good; friendly, interested and professional. Food generally very good - we thought that the evening meals were excellent! One or two relatively minor problems. The problems with our room were swiftly resolved by the excellent reception staff, which was great! In the room we had difficulty getting a refill of decaffeinated pods for the coffee machine, and we did think it odd that a hotel of this standard didn’t have in-room safes.
