“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff at the counter made us feel at home. This is a very natural hotel. We just don't need a TV. Although there is no air-conditioning, it is very comfortable and there is always a natural wind blowing in. really great The reception staff are beautiful and kind. “The unit was as depicted in photos. Clean and well equipped. It is very centrally located within Hilo and has easy access to all surrounding areas. The manager was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had a small problem while there and it was addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Very good experience. ”

“I loved my room! It was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs. This isn’t a modern hotel with tons of amenities, but I found it charming. There was a large bathtub that I enjoyed as well. There is no front desk, but that wasn’t a problem for me. I had text contact if I needed anything.”

All the residents we met were very nice. . Definitely use the 395 Hualani St address in the GPS. Much easier to park.Owner was very prompt to answer any questions. You will need to download an app to use the washer and dryer (it’s easy!)Pleasant stay.”
