“Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is……

“It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊”

“All of the staff were superb and so friendly and helpful. Absolutely super breakfast well worth the price. Accomodation was spotless. Couple of small downsides 1. There is no lift so carrying your bags up a staircase you need to be reasonably fit. 2. Lack of shelves and only a narrow windowcill in the bathroom. The two drawers between the beds were ok but the top was where the tray for kettle , cups and tea and coffee was stored. 3. The TV was a good smart TV but at a 90° angle to the beds. No……
