“It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it.”

“The valet takes much longer than walking to the parking deck. Self-parking is more convenient and much easier. Also, it would have been nice to have a few extra towels. Other than that, this property was nearly equivalent to my stays at the Ritz. ”

“Bathroom looks clean but smell is horrible. Had to slept a night in a room smell like toilet, didn’t help even when the bathroom door was closed. ”
