“Rate this property 15/10! Via email I asked if a late check-in would be possible as the desk closes at 9pm. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We ended up not needing it. When we arrived we were greeted by Annie. What an asset she is! So helpful, so nice. Our room was going to be on 2nd floor. We asked if it was possible to change to 1st floor.
