“The owner included creature comforts in this studio to make it comfortable for the space. Recliners, full kitchen, nice bath, and storage. Appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs, and cooler. Communication with the owner was easy as well as entry. The location is fantastic. Pass-a-grille beach is beautiful and just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby including the Paradise Grill. Enjoyed music on the beach and the bell ringing at sunset. ”

“Did not like parking situation. Outdated but cozy. Could use a coat of paint and cleaned better. Outlet in bathroom missing cover wires exposed.”

“This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. ”

“Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably. ”
